Learning experiences are free to our member districts. Please note scheduling procedures below:

• Fall semester scheduling will begin on Thursday, August 30th.
• When emailing requests, please have the following information:
  
  • Preferred date plus back-up dates
  • Learning experience you would like to attend
  • Number of students attending
  • Name and email addresses of ALL attending teachers
  • Arrival/Departure times of your group

In order to provide a safe learning environment for students visiting the Science Education Center, any school personnel, including bus drivers or others attending with visiting classes, wear visitors badges that we have available upon arrival. We also keep all doors locked throughout the day, which are accessible using electronic key cards. A key card will be provided to you at the front desk and returned at the end of the day.
